Jaye has designed a comprehensive three-step process that starts with an initial assessment, moves through building your program's foundation, and finally into your actual training program.</p> <p>When determining the type of training program that will work best for you, think about:</p> <p><i>&#149; What is my budget?<br> &#149; Have I chosen my ideal training environment?<br> &#149; Will I need short-term or long-term training to achieve my specific goals?<br> &#149; Each week, do I want to train only with Jaye or sometimes on my own as well?<br> &#149; Do I need a program that teaches me just the fundamentals and a schedule, since I am pretty disciplined?</i></p> <p class="texthead">STEP I: Initial Assessment</p> <p><img src="images/base_strength.jpg" width="120" height="160" align="right" border="0" hspace="6"> <b>BASELINE BODY ANALYSIS (BBA): One-time fitness assessment</b><br> Gain an accurate assessment of your current physical fitness level with this program, including postural profile, body girth measurements, body fat composition, body mass index, lean body and fat mass, blood pressure, resting heart rate, cardiovascular step test, and joint flexibility testing.</p> <p><i>This program is a prerequisite for all weight-training programs.</i></p> <hr noshade> <p class="texthead">STEP II: Foundation</p> <p><b>INDIVIDUAL SUCCESS STRATEGY: Initial private workshop</b><br> Real success requires a strong foundation. This program is the <i>key</i> to your success. Design a thorough and detailed Plan of Action to get from Point A (where you are now) to Point B (you feeling great with the mind, body and spirit you desire). Includes developing S.M.A.R.T. goals, identifying and eliminating obstacles, building your training program and support team, nutritional analysis and education, dispelling myths regarding fitness and nutrition, and discussing supplement information and ways to monitor progress during your fitness program. Create your win-win strategy for long-term success!</p> <p><i>This program is a prerequisite for all weight-training programs and includes one free 30-minute strategy session that can be used at any time during your program.</i></p> <p><b>SUCCESS STRATEGY MEETINGS: One-time, or as needed</b><br> These individual sessions allow you an opportunity to harness your energy and personal power when you feel challenged or off-track. Reassess or redefine particular strategies. Learn new techniques to overcome obstacles, and put them in their place!</p> <p><i>Available as 30-minute or one-hour sessions.</i></p> <hr noshade> <p class="texthead">STEP III: Training Programs</p> <p><b>Initial Training Session with Jaye.<br>Baseline Strength Analysis (BSA) and 30 Minute Cardio Session.</b><br> No matter which training program you prefer, individual program design begins with a clear assessment of your current strength levels, both muscular and cardiovascular. First, gain an accurate starting place from which to begin your weight training program. Using dumbbells, Jaye will determine your strength for each major muscle group in this sixty minute session. Second, establish a safe starting point for the cardiovascular component of your training program. During a thirty minute cardio session, Jaye will follow your pace to determine the proper intensity and interval for the first phase of cardio training. You will receive a copy of these fitness assessments for your reference, training, and progress comparison.</p> <p><i>This ninety minute fitness assessment is a prerequisite for all weight training programs.</i></p> <p><b>1-ON-1 PRIVATE INSTRUCTION: In-Home</b><br> All 1-on-1 instruction is designed based on clients' individual needs, goals and interests. Learn the fundamentals of weight training, proper technique, safe and effective exercises for each major muscle group, and how to stretch properly after each session.</p> <p><i>Includes weekly e-mail and phone call support. Rates vary, depending on location.</i></p> <p><i>3-month program: 3 sessions per week for 12 weeks (36 sessions)<br> 3-month program: 2 sessions per week for 12 weeks (24 sessions)<br> 3-month program: 1 session per week for 12 weeks (12 sessions)</i></p> <p><img src="images/you-go.jpg" width="150" height="126" border="0" hspace="6" align="right"><b>&quot;YOU GO!&quot; PROGRAM: In-Home</b><br> This is the perfect program for the disciplined individual who will be working out on their own. Depending on your current and developing strength, you will need dumbbells of differing weights, such as a set of 5 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 15 / 20 and up.</p> <p><i>Includes program design and examples of exercises. Learn how to calculate your target heart rate (known as the &quot;fat-burning zone&quot;), train using an interval program, and learn how to use a heart rate monitor for maximum aerobic efficiency.</p> <p><i>30-, 45- or 60-minute session, target heart rate or interval</i></p> <p><b>CARDIO PROGRAM DESIGN</b><br> Custom program designed for you, based on your individual fitness goals. Learn how to calculate your target heart rate (known as the &quot;fat-burning zone&quot;), train using an interval program, and learn how to use a heart rate monitor for maximum aerobic efficiency. A phased program to increase strength, speed and endurance.</p> <p><i>Development of four-week training program &#150; target heart rate, interval or combo.
